The goal of StayFit is to provide functional training centered around the natural movements of our body by strengthening the way it was built to move. With this approach, we can build an impressive physique, repair/prevent injury, and live a healthy lifestyle. The aim is to make Training and Nutrition simple for our clients. By providing clear and detailed online coaching plans, in person private training, and nutrition guidance we will push you, hold you accountable, and empower you to accomplish your goals and realize you are much more capable than you ever thought possible. With the StayFIT approach, you will discover a life where you not only look good, but feel good as well. StayFit‘s aim is to help you achieve a stronger, better functioning, you. Along the way we will educate you on the how to establish a sustainable lifestyle around these habits that fits within your ever changing schedules. Being a Cirque du Soleil performer returning from the pandemic I knew I needed a training and nutrition plan that worked with my lifestyle but gave me room to continue the training and rehearsals schedule my show required of me.
